Mixing Raw Material

Blend polymer resin with high-quality quartz sand.

Distribute Material

Evenly hand-fill the mold with resin and non-crystalline silica.

The Preliminary Forming

Filled molds are vacuum-pressed with 30,000 tons pressure.

Curing And Cooling

Heat-cure in oven, then transfer to the cooling unit.

De - Mould

Remove the mold after cooling, let it sit for 24 hours, then begin polishing.

Polishing

Slabs enter polishing line, sides scraped, surface polished.
