Distribute Material
Evenly hand-fill the mold with resin and quartz sand.
The Preliminary Forming
Filled molds are vacuum-pressed with 30,000 tons pressure.
Curing And Cooling
Heat-cure in oven, then transfer to the cooling unit.
De - Mould
Remove the mold after cooling, let it sit for 24 hours, then begin polishing.
Polishing
Slabs enter polishing line, sides scraped, surface polished.
Quality Inspection
Three inspectors ensure flawless quality control.
Film The Surface
Each slab is film-coated post-inspection before palletizing.
